I love the updated feel, and all of the windows... The house looks like it was taken good care of, and that it has a lot of space! I also like the interesting angles in the different rooms (the master bed, the upstairs bed, the fireplace in the living room, etc.)
Have you closed?
Do you have a timeline for when you may be moving?
We're in the process of listing our home right now - and because the market is so horrible here, we were told not to even look at new homes yet. (I guess the assumption is that by the time our house actually sells, any of the current homes for sale will no longer be on the market... we're expecting anywhere from 3-9 months or longer!)
